Fuel Procurement System
This module is built on Purchasing and Inventory Management, Logistics Invoice Verification and Accounts Payable in SAP to create, change, cancel, organize and manage contracts. Supply and transportation contracts can conveniently be grouped under portfolios. Sourcing from multiple suppliers and / or shipping points (mines) will be possible. In addition, this module will also facilitate creating scale based pricing conditions and the rules for identifying penalties and premiums based on quality factors. 

Shipments can be tracked and posted to SAP in Inventory. Invoice processing will be made simple by simulation and if chosen by the users, invoices will be created and parked.
